Through research and public education, we aim to ensure equitable access to these essential services, protect consumer rights, and drive positive change in the utility sector as the country moves to a future powered by clean energy.

We develop and promote information and resources about the utility sector and specific utilities, including the role they play in the transition to cleaner energy sources. We provide that information to regulators, investors, policy-makers and the public. By providing information broadly to those that engage with the utility sector, we aim to enhance the ability of the public and decision-makers to make informed choices for themselves, their families, and their communities.
